SPIROL’s Series 27 Short Symmetrical Metric Inserts are designed for straight holes with a 1° maximum (included) draft angle and are typically installed with heat or ultrasonic vibration. The Series 27 is also available in a Long version for applications requiring a higher torque and/or pull-out resistance. The Series 27 Short Inserts have the same body style as the standard Series 29 Short Symmetric Inserts with a slightly smaller center knurl diameter for ultra-thin walled boss assemblies. The SPIROL’s Series 27 Symmetrical Metric Inserts are available to order in metric threads ranging in size from M2 to M6.
