SPIROL’s Series 27 Short Symmetrical Inserts are designed for straight holes with a 1° maximum (included) draft angle and are typically installed with heat or ultrasonic vibration. The Series 27 also comes in a Long version for applications requiring more demanding torque and/or pull-out resistance. The Series 27 Short Inserts have the same body style as the standard Series 29 Short Symmetrical Inserts with a slightly smaller center knurl diameter for ultra-thin walled boss assemblies. The SPIROL’s Series 27 Symmetrical Inserts are available to order in inch threads ranging in size from 2-56 up to ¼-20.
